Rebecca Loves: Wet n Wild Coloricon Eyeliner/Eyebrow Pencil

I bought this back when I was in America and I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was really cheap and there were no testers so I wasn't even sure if the colour would match me but somehow it did! I think I have the dark brown colour! This pencil can be used both as an eyeliner and an eyebrow pencil. Lately I've been using it on my eyebrows. It's kind of waxy or crayon-like which is good as it makes sure the hairs stay in place. It's very pigmented so I have to make sure I use it lightly as my eyebrows look completely drawn on otherwise.

I've been using it for the past 2 weeks everyday and I love it. I put it on very lightly and I'm not too precise with it. I also tend to focus on the middle and outer parts of my eyebrow as I feel it's too heavy for the inner part. I then use an eyebrow powder or shadow to go over it properly. I find it really good for setting my eyebrows but I highly advise using a light hand with it as it's SO pigmented. I'm pretty sure Penneys and Dunnes stock them at the mo!
